If you do not agree with these Terms, we recommend that you do not proceed and uninstall the App. By installing, registering, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as other policies referenced herein (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy).

USE OF PLATFORM AND SERVICES
Opensoft-Zambia provides a digital payments gateway that facilitates secure transactions between users and third-party service providers or merchants. All commercial or contractual agreements (including pricing, payment terms, delivery, refunds, and product warranties) are directly entered into between the buyer and the respective merchant or service provider.
Opensoft-Zambia does not control, dictate, or guarantee the commercial terms between users and merchants. We serve solely as a facilitator of payment transactions, providing the technological infrastructure to support them.
We do not:
- Hold or own any goods or services listed by merchants on external platforms;
- Guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any products or services transacted through our Platform;
- Bear responsibility for any disputes or dissatisfaction arising from merchant offerings, including product availability, accuracy of listings, or merchant performance.
Menu images, pricing, and other merchant details shown within linked platforms or APIs are for representation only. Opensoft-Zambia is not liable for any variations or discrepancies in actual orders or deliveries.
USER ACCOUNT AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
To access our services, you must create an account on the Platform. During registration, we collect personal information such as your name, phone number, and email address. We may also request additional demographic information (e.g., location or business type) to better tailor our services to your needs.
You control what optional information to provide within your profile. We encourage all users to safeguard their identity and avoid disclosing sensitive information unnecessarily.
Your profile information can be updated or revised at any time via your account settings.
